Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the letter dated 20.06.2025, produced at Annexure-J, forwarded by respondent No.3 to respondent No.2 seeking approval of the Phodi proceedings initiated pursuant to the Official Memorandum dated 30.11.2014, produced at Annexure-F, in respect of the subject land. 4. On careful consideration of the material on record, it is evident that the Phodi proceedings have already been completed and the Phodi sketch has also been prepared, as evidenced by Annexures-G and H. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30986 WP No. 18476 of 2026 5. In that view of the matter, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and approve the Phodi proceedings based on the report submitted by respondents Nos.3 and 4, in accordance with law, within an outer limit of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
