(ORAL) Respondent Nos.4 and 5 are the wife and husband. Peoner Nos.1 and 2 are the parents of respondent No.4 Sonia. Peoner Nos.3 and 4 are the sons of peoner Nos.1 and 2 i.e. brothers of respondent No.4 Sonia; whereas peoner Nos.5 and 6 are the wives of peoner Nos.3 and 4. All of them apprehend danger to their lives from the hands of private respondents. It is submi-ed by learned counsel that in fact, respondent Nos.4 and 5 are having inter se matrimonial disputes for the last 15-16 years which had escalated due to the suspicion of respondent No.5 to the effect that respondent No.4 is having some extra marital relaons with respondent No.7. It is alleged that on account of the said dispute between the husband and wife i.e. respondent Nos.4 and 5, and the other private respondents are threatening the peoners to falsely implicate them. Respondent No.2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, District Rohtak shall take appropriate steps to dispose of the representaon (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law and provide necessary protecon to the peoners, in case, any threat percepon is found to their life and liberty from the hands of private respondents.
