Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing vehemently for some time, realizing his difficulty, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to the petitioners to surrender and seek regular bail on the ground that Jitan Singh @ Jitendra Singh (father-in-law of the deceased) has been granted the privilege of regular bail by a learned coordinate Bench by an order dated 07.05.2026 in Cr.
