It is grievance of the petitioner that private respondent No.8- Loknath Bhagat is constructing the house on the Government land and he also constructed the boundary wall and has encroached the Government land. 3. This type of dispute cannot be looked into by this Court exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. There is an alternative remedy available to the petitioner under the Jharkhand Public Land Encroachment Act also. Thus, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 4.
