CMP No.24103 of 2026 By way of present application, the applicant/respondent No.1(a) namely Dhani Ram has prayed for release of amount of Rs.86,800/-, which has been deposited during the pendency of the revision petition by the non-applicants/petitioners in the Registry of this Court. Learned counsel representing the non- applicants/petitioners submits that he does not have any objection in case the amount deposited is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/respondent No.1(a) namely Dhani Ram. In view of the above, the present application is allowed and the amount of Rs.86,800/- deposited in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/respondent No.1(a), by remitting the same in his bank account, details whereof have been furnished and annexed with the application, along with up to date interest against proper receipt and identification.
