The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “10.1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and issue a writ in the nature of habeas corpus and the respondent police authorities may be directed to search and produce the corpus before this Hon’ble Court, in the interest of justice. 10.2. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and grant custody of minor girl to the petitioner, who is her natural guardian, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief/order may also be granted that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3.
