By this application, prayer is made for modification/correction in para 26 of the judgment dated 06.08.2026 passed in OWP No. 1684/2011 on the ground that, instead of the petitioners being held entitled to compensation at the rate of Rs. 16,000/- per kanal, compensation at the rate of Rs. 625/- per kanal has been recorded, which is required to be rectified, being a typographical error. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that once the Court has held the petitioners entitled to the benefit of the judgment qua their claims to the proprietary rights in respect of the land in question and to release of the compensation assessed by the Collector, the aforesaid typographical error is required to be removed. 3. Heard. Sr. No. 267 2 CM No. 5644/2026 in OWP No. 1684/2011 4. For the reasons recorded in the application, the same is allowed. Para 26 of the aforesaid judgment, wherein compensation at the rate of Rs. 625/- per kanal is recorded, shall stand corrected to Rs. 16,000/- per kanal in accordance with the applicable rules. 5.
