(ORAL) Pe$$oner is praying for regular bail in case FIR No.0042, dated 11.03.2026, under Sec$ons 25(6), 25(7)(i), 25(8), 54/59 of the Arms Act registered at Police Sta$on Cantonment, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar (Punjab). 2. As the paper-book would reveal that pe$$oner along with the co-accused was arrested on the basis of suspicion and on his search recovery of one Glock pistol of 9MM was effected from the pe$$oner and another from co-assued Arjun Singh. During interroga$on, they suffered disclosure statements resul$ng in the recovery of more weapons. In all, seven weapons have been recovered from the accused. 3. Learned counsel submits that pe$$oner is falsely implicated and that challan has already been filed. 4. Having regard to the heavy recovery of weapons from the pe$$oner and co-accused, no ground for bail is made out. 5.
