As per the allega#ons, the pe##oner was posted as a Clerk in the SDM Office, Nuh, and he demanded ₹6,000/- from the complainant for clearing six files related to NOC and transfer. A Trap was laid and the pe##oner was apprehended and an amount of ₹6,000/- was recovered from him on 12.03.2026. 3. Learned counsel submits that pe##oner has been falsely implicated; that inves#ga#on has already been completed and challan has already been filed. It is also submiCed that the pe##oner is not involved in any other case and is in custody for the last approximately three months. 4. No#ce of mo#on. 5. Mr. Gautam Kailey, DAG, Haryana, appears for the State. Learned State counsel has placed on record the custody cer#ficate revealing that pe##oner is in custody for the last 02 months and 28 days.
