JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE ORDER 10.03.2026 While the matter was being heard, when the learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted with the maintainability of the petition, he sought withdrawal of the present petition unconditionally on the ground that the petitioner has not available alternate and efficacious remedy available under the statute, i.e., Electricity Act, 2003. Learned counsel for the petitioner accordingly prayed that the writ petition be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with law. His statement is taken on record. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
