The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Katkamdag PS Case No.130 of 2025, for offence registered under section 189(2), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 303(2), 352, 351(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant side are agnets and there are land dispute between the parties and there are case and counter case between the parties and there are general and omnibus allegation of assault and free fight has taken place between both the sides. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.18. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the 2026:JHHC:2082 2 allegation of assault is there. 5. Considering that petitioner and the informant side are agnets and there is land dispute between the parties and there are case and counter case between the parties and there are general and omnibus allegation of assault and free fight has taken place between both the sides and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.18, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within four weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hazaribagh, in connection with Katkamdag PS Case No.130 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
