Mishra … for the respondents June 18, 2026 [AKB] Item No.18 The petitioner is aggrieved that his application seeking fresh electricity connection has been rejected in 2023. The ostensible ground for rejection was that upon inspection it was found that the wiring and earthing at the premises were incomplete. Mr. Prakash Minj appearing for the petitioner submits that wiring and earthing has now been completed. The petitioner is thus directed to make a fresh application with the proof of such wiring and earthing by June 25, 2026. Upon receipt of such an application, the authority will dispose of the same by July 15, 2026 in accordance with the provisions of law. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
