Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties. 3. Petitioner has filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:- “Under the facts and circumstances indicated above, this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to issue rule NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties to file their show cause furnishing the reason as to why; i. Writ in the nature of Certiorari shall not be issued modifying the office order dated 20.08.2025 (Annex.2) so far as petitioner is concerned and Pay fixation order dated 24.11.2025 (Annex.3) holding the same is/are not been done in proper way rather the same is/are contrary to the ORSP Rules, 2017; ii. And further direction to the opposite parties to grant financial up-gradation in terms of Rule-13 by fixing pay of the petitioner in level-6, Cell-15 at Rs.35,700/-with consequential benefits w.e.f. 01.10.2023; and Page 2 of 2. If the Opp. Parties failed to file any show cause or show insufficient cause, the rules may be made absolute. And pass any other order/orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the interest of justice; And for this act of kindness, the petitioner is duty bound shall ever pray.” 4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence. 5. It is observed that if such representation is filed within the aforesaid time period, Opp. Party No.1shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner. 6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
