By filing this petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon respondent No.2, the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the application filed by the petitioner regarding the Caste Certificate issued in favour of respondent No.5. 3. The application was filed only on 09.04.2026 and the petitioner has approached this Court hastily for early disposal of the same. Thus, I find no ground to entertain the same.
