(S) No. 582 of 2023 with analogous cases in which the petitioners were given liberty to approach the One-Man Fact Finding Commission; accordingly, he prays that the instant writ application may be disposed of by granting the aforesaid liberty. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose the aforesaid ( 2026:JHHC:24905 ) contention. 3.
