Heard Mr. Nanda, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. Pradhan, learned ASC for the State. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners that private-Opposite Parties 9 and 10 are constructing their house encroaching public land obstructing the natural flow of water. In this regard they have made a grievance to the Tahasildar and the Tahasildar vide his notice dated 4th February 2026 has directed the Superintending Engineer, Irrigation Division for hearing of the matter. But the matter did not proceed thereafter. In the meantime, a grievance petition has been given to the Collector by the Petitioners and the same is pending consideration. 4. Till such decision is taken by Opposite Party No.2, status-quo as on date in respect of the disputed government land in question shall be maintained. 5.
