GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE BALAJI MEDAMALLI WRIT PETITION NO: 13225 OF 2026 ORDER:- This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents No. 2 to 5 in not taking cognizance and registering the FIR against the offenders on the Complaint of the Petitioner, dated 23.03.2026 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The grievance of the Petitioner is that pursuant to the complaint made by the Petitioner, dated 23.03.2026, the Respondent/ Police have not been taken any action so far against the offenders. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the Official Respondents placed on record the Written Instructions of Respondent/ Police, wherein it is stated that pursuant to the complaint of the Petitioner, the Respondent/ Police have called both the parties and conducted enquiry in the matter. During enquiry, both parties have voluntarily agreed to settle the matter amicably and expressed their willingness for compromise. Accordingly, statements of both the parties have recorded by the Police and the matter was closed as no further action has been taken. 4. Recording the submissions made by learned counsel on both sides, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
