Heard Mr Sumeet Gadodia who appears with Mr Ranjeet Kushwaha for the petitioners, and Mr Vibhor Mayank, learned A.C. to A.G. who appears for the State. We have also heard Mr Amit Kumar Das, learned Senior Advocate, who appears with Ms Swati Shalini, for the respondents-CCL. 2. This matter was adjourned to enable Mr Vibhor Mayank, learned A.C. to A.G., to obtain instructions given the fact that the issue raised in this petition stood covered in favour of the petitioners by the Division Bench’s judgment and order dated 24th of September 2025 in W.P. (C) No. 1532 of 2022 and analogous cases. Further, it was pointed out that the Special Leave Petitions preferred by the State against the said judgment and order were also withdrawn by the State Government. 3. Today, Mr Vibhor Mayank, on instructions, submits that the Composition User Fee collected from the petitioners either directly or through CCL will be refunded within eight weeks from today. 4. The above statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court and based upon the same, both these petitions are disposed of. The State authorities will have to comply with the above undertaking and pay the said amounts to the petitioners within eight weeks from today. Neutral Citation No. 2026:JHHC:25587-DB 5. Mr Gadodia states that the petitioners will furnish their bank details to the 3rd respondent within a week from today so that refundable amounts can be directly transferred into their bank accounts. 6.
