The default as pointed out by the Registry is overruled and the matter is heard finally. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Collector, Bilaspur, vide Memo dated 15.04.2026, while complying with the order passed by this Court in WPC No. 6373 of 2025, constituted a team for demarcation of land bearing Khasra No. 158/6, admeasuring 0.61 hectares. He further submits that, as per the said memo, the original demarcation report has already been received by the concerned authority. Upon coming to know of the same, the petitioners applied for a certified copy of the demarcation report. The said application was submitted on 10.04.2026, which is evident from Annexure P/8. However, despite the lapse of considerable time, the demarcation report has not been supplied to the petitioners. It is, therefore, submitted that the petitioners are unable to effectively pursue their legal remedies in the absence of the said report. Accordingly, the present petition has been filed seeking an appropriate direction for supply of the demarcation report. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that, since the petitioners have already applied for a certified copy of the demarcation report, which, as per the Memo dated 15.04.2026, has already been received by the office of the Collector, Bilaspur, if an appropriate direction is issued by this Court to the concerned Tehsildar, the said authority shall comply with the same and furnish a certified 3 copy of the demarcation report to the petitioners within a period of 15 days. 4. I have heard counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission advanced by learned State Counsel, the concerned Tehsildar is directed to furnish a certified copy of the demarcation report pertaining to land bearing Khasra No. 158/6 to the petitioners, upon payment of the requisite fees and completion of other necessary formalities, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
