By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):- “10.1 That the Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for the entire records of the petitioner's case from the court below. YOGESH TIWARI Digitally signed by YOGESH TIWARI Date: 2026.07.01 18:13:30 +0530 2 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may be further pleased to direct Respondent authority to grant compensation of the subject land bearing Khasra No.103/282/2 Rakba 2.023 hectare to the petitioner within limited period. 10.3 That the Hon'ble Court may be further pleased to direct Respondent authority to consider and decide the representation dated 22.11.2022 (Ann.P/3) submitted by the petitioner within stipulated period. 10.4 Any other order that the Hon'ble Court deems fit and necessary in the circumstances of the case be also passed. 10.5 That the cost of the petition be also awarded to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has expired. It is submitted that, at present, the legal representatives do not intend to pursue the present petition and seek permission to withdraw the same. It is further prayed that liberty be reserved in favour of the legal representatives to institute appropriate proceedings claiming compensation, if so advised, in accordance with law. 3. Learned State counsel does not oppose the aforesaid prayer. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved in favour of the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to avail such remedy as may be available to them in 3 law, including by instituting appropriate proceedings for grant of compensation, if so advised. 5.
