The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition with liberty to surrender before the learned trial court within eight weeks and to pray for regular bail. Considering the aforesaid facts, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. It is made clear that if the petitioners surrender within eight weeks and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
