The original respondent no. 6 was appointed as a Pradhan. The said appointment was challenged by the petitioner in this writ petition. Now it is admitted that the respondent no. 6 is dead. The State is initiating a process to appoint new Pradhan. 3. Considering the aforesaid fact, since respondent no. 6 who was the Pradhan and whose appointment was challenged is already dead, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition. 2026:JHHC:25562 2 4.
