1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying therein for the following reliefs: i) For issuance of a Writ of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to release forthwith the entire provident fund accumulations to the petitioner, which were contributed during his service tenure with Respondent No. 2. ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction upon the Respondents, particularly Respondent No. 3, to fix the pension of the Petitioner and to pay the pension every month along with all arrears of pension with interest @ 12% per annum. iii) For a direction upon the Respondents to consider and decide the Petitioner’s detailed representation dated 27.04.2026 for payment of the above benefits, and to pay the said benefits within a specified time frame. iv) For issuance of any other appropriate writ, order or direction as may be considered fit and appropriate for doing justice to the Petitioner.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he is entitled for the prayer made in this application, however, for the reasons best known to the respondents, P.F. has not been given till date.

Learned counsel for the respondent, Coal Company submits that the petitioner was dismissed from service and all admitted dues, whatever, as per his instruction has been paid to the petitioner.
5. In reply to the same, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at least he may be permitted to approach respondent no. 3 and a direction be issued to him to verify the records of the case and pay the admitted amount of provident fund in accordance with law.
6. Having regard to the above, the instant writ application is hereby
disposed of by directing the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3 by filing a detailed representation making his claim as early as possible. The moment, the representation is filed, the 3rd respondent shall verify the records of the case and pass an appropriate order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation and if any, admitted dues is still pending to be paid, same shall be paid within a further period of four weeks.
7. With the aforesaid direction, the instant application stands disposed of.
