The petitioner seeks direction upon respondent No.5 to make online entry of the raiyati lands measuring 1.40 acres of plot no.3 and 0.66 acres of plot no.461, total area 2.06 acres under Khata No.01 of Village Hutpa, Thana No.215, PS Sadar District Hazaribagh in Online Register-II in the name of the petitioner with his co-shares and issue rent receipt. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner should approach the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Hazaribagh, who will look into the grievance of the petitioner and after being satisfied, will pass an appropriate order. He submits that the petitioner should produce all the documents before the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Hazaribagh, so that the grievance can be redressed. 4. Considering the submission, I direct to the petitioner to approach the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Hazaribagh with a detailed representation along with documents in support of his claim within four weeks. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for the relief as sought for, the same should be extended to the petitioner and if the claim of the petitioner is rejected, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioner. 5. The entire process should be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing of representation. 6. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
