ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.6 to consider the representation dated 19.05.2025 as per ANNEXURE – J3 by considering the No Objection Certificate dated: 18.09.2014 issued by the Respondent No.4 as per ANNEXURE –G2.
b) Issue any other Writ or Direction, directing the Respondents to not take any action including the dispossession or interfering with of the Schedule Properties of the Petitioner without giving any notice or in accordance with law.
c) To declare that the action of the Respondents and any other further actions in trespassing into the Schedule Properties of the Petitioners as ex- facie illegal, arbitrary and in complete violation of Principles of Natural Justice.
d) Pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.

2. A memo for withdrawal dated 18.06.2026 is filed, signed by the learned counsel for the petitioners and petitioner No.2, which reads as under:

“The petitioners prays this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to permit the Petitioners to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners for filing a fresh petition in view of fresh representations are made to respondent authorities on 08.06.2026, and also direct the registry to retuned the certified copies produced along wit petitioner. Hence this memo, in the interest of justice and equity.”
3. Accepting the said memo and submission of the counsel for the petitioners, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for.
4. Registry is directed to return the certified copies of the documents produced along with the petition.
