JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocates takes notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4. Notice to respondent Nos.5 to 25 are not necessary for the following reasons. 2. Learned Senior counsel Sri.Vivek Subba Reddy, appearing for the petitioners submits that the dispute between - 6 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17716 WP No. 8859 of 2026 the family members is in the matter of the revenue entries made in Survey No.13/4 of Kempathimmanahalli. The dispute is based on a settlement deed. However, it is the contention of the petitioners that pursuant to the unregistered settlement deed, the lands that fell to the share of the other members of the family have been registered in their names and they have sold the property. In the said settlement deed, although the property in question fell to the share of the petitioner, now after the other family members have sold the other properties and they are seeking to enter their names in respect of the property in question, although it does not belong to them. Learned Senior Counsel submits that the interim prayer before the tribunal was for a stay of the orders passed by the Deputy Commissioner which has been rejected by the Tribunal. Learned Senior counsel submits that the apprehension of the petitioners is that the private respondents herein will alienate the property during the pendency of the proceedings before the Tribunal and therefore the interest of the petitioners should be protected. - 7 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17716 WP No. 8859 of 2026 3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Doddaballapura Taluk to enter in column No.11 the pendency of the dispute before the Karnataka Revenue Appellate Tribunal in Revenue Revision No.131/2026 till the pendency of the dispute before the Tribunal.
