The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present issue in the writ petition is covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.32540 of 2023 and requested to pass the similar order in the present Writ Petition and the counsel for the respondents have not opposed for the same. 4. Hence, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of order in W.P.No.32540 of 2023 dated 28.11.2022.
