Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2026 in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No.73 of 2026, registered under Sections 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and under Sections 66B, 66C, 66D and 84(C) of IT Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge – II – cum – Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and is in custody since 15.05.2026. It is further submitted that the charge sheet was submitted on 07.08.2026, wherein two crime links have been identified, with one victim suffering a loss of Rs.56,000/- and odd. Three mobile phones and two SIM cards were allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner, one of which stands registered in the petitioner's name.
4. The learned counsel for the State, while opposing the prayer for bail, does not dispute the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and that the charge sheet has already been submitted, the petitioner is

directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge – II – cum – Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 73 of 2026, subject to the following conditions: (i) One of the bailors would be the present pairvikar of the petitioner. (ii) The other bailor should be his close relative. (iii) The petitioner will attend the court on each and every date and on account of even single default, the learned court shall cancel the bail bond furnished by the petitioner. (iv) The petitioner will deposit a self-attested copy of his Aadhar Card along with his mobile number before the learned court which he will not change during the pendency of the case without prior permission of the court. (v) The petitioner shall fully co-operate with the proceedings before the learned trial court.
6. The instant application is allowed with the aforesaid conditions.
7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court concerned through “FAX/email”.
