Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondent. 3. At the outset, learned counsel representing the respondent submits that the main Execution Case being Execution Case No.13 of 2017 (Murari Gope & Ors. Vs. Madhusudan Gope & Ors.), order of which is under challenge in this writ petition, had already been disposed vide order dated 19.06.2019. 4. Since the main Execution Case had already been disposed of, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ 2026:JHHC:25424 2 petition. 5.
