1. This bail application has been filed by the accused petitioner u/S 483 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 54/2026 registered at Police Station Kotkasim, District Khairthal-Tijara for offences under Section 140(3) of BNS, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused- petitioner has been implicated in a case based on false and fabricated facts. She further submits that actually there was some dispute between the parties with regard to booking of Horse- drawn for the marriage, however, just to create pressure, the present case has been lodged implicating the petitioner as an accused. She further submits that the accused petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2026 and the co-accused Anil has already
[2026:RJ-JP:16755] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-6064/2026] been ordered to be enlarged on bail vide order dated 08.04.2026. Therefore, the accused-petitioner may be released on bail.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the bail application.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the accused petitioner so also the facts on record and the allegation against the present accused petitioner, who has not been named in the FIR and to maintain the parity, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits or demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, this bail application is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner shall be released on bail provided that he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only), together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only)(each) to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court or any Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
