After some argument, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move before the learned Court by way of filing appropriate petition. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6. It is made clear that if the petitioner moves before the learned Court by way of filing appropriate petition, the learned Court will decide the same in accordance with law without prejudice to this order.
