The revisional application has been preferred against the orders dated 23.09.2025 passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court (NDPS), Cooch Behar, 23.03.2026 (passed by this Hon’ble Court in CRR 86 of 2026), 22.04.2026 (passed by this Hon’ble Court in CRR 152 of 2026) and in NDPS Case No.46 of 2023 arising out of NCB Crime No.26/NCB/KOL/2023 dated 26.08.2023 under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 4. It is the case of the petitioner that vide the impugned order dated 23.09.2025, the Learned Additional Session Judge, granted interim bail to the petitioner. 5. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently by an order of the High Court, the petitioners interim bail has 2 been extended for a further period of 8(eight)weeks and as such the interim bail granted to the petitioner expires on 20.06.2026. 6. It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the NCB that the trial is almost complete as, only the investigating officer is yet to be examined. 7. Both the parties admit the said status of the case and submit that the next date is fixed on 31.07.2026. 8. Considering that the petitioner has remained on interim bail which has been extended, from time to time, the bail of the petitioner herein, is thus extended till the disposal of the NDPS case being No.46 of 2023, pending before the Learned Trial Judge, and the said bail shall be subject to the final decision of the Learned Trial Judge in the said case. 9. The revisional application stands disposed of. 10. Condition to give hazira at the local Thana on each day, is also waived, with a direction that the petitioner shall positively attend the trial Court on each and every day fixed by the Court, in default, the Learned Trial Judge shall be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. The petitioner shall also not leave the jurisdiction of the trial Court without prior leave of the trial Court. 11. CRR 213 of 2026 stands disposed of. 12.
