While placing on record communication dated 14.9.2026 under the signature of Temple Officer, Temple Trust, Jawalamukhi, Mr. Deepak Sharma, Advocate, states that Temple Trust has no objection qua the inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the list of Baridars. He further states that once the Trust has decided to include the name of the petitioner in the list of Baridars, other pujaris cannot have any objection. Since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed as has been recorded
2 hereinabove, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is disposed of accordingly, along with pending applications, if any.
