Let learned Deputy Advocate General have instructions from the concerned quarters. List on 22.09.2026.” 2. Pursuant to above order, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 21.09.2026 from the Director Health Services, Himachal Pradesh, inter alia, conveying that under office order dated 21.09.2026 passed by respondent No.4-Block Medical Officer, Ghumarwin, the impugned deputation order dated 15.09.2026 has been withdrawn with direction to the petitioner to report for duty at his actual place of posting, i.e. CHC Kuthera.
