The case was listed on 01.04.2026 and on the said date, Mr. Vinod Kumar Gupta, Advocate was granted time to have instructions in the matter . 2. Today, Mr. Vinod Kumar Gupta, Advocate has placed on record the communication as issued by the Regional Manager, H.R.T.C, Dehra to the Managing Director, H.R.T.C, Shimla stating that the payments as due and permissible to the petitioner have been made. 3. Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner admits the same to be correct. 4.
