02 /27.08.2026: Heard the learned counsel representing the petitioner and the learned counsel representing the respondents.
2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that in the Ranchi Master Plan prepared by the Ranchi Municipal Corporation till the year 2037, rayati land of the petitioner has been shown as water body which he infact objected.
3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has already objected but his objection is pending and the grievance of the petitioner has yet not been addressed.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Ranchi Municipal Corporation submits that if the representation and objection of the petitioner is pending, the same will be decided after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and if necessary spot verification will also be done.

Considering the said submission, I direct the appropriate Authority of the Ranchi Municipal Corporation to dispose of the application of the petitioner by passing a reasoned order after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and if necessary after making physical verification of the spot.
6. The entire process should be concluded within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
