Ranjan Sharma, Judge Petitioners have invoked contempt jurisdiction of this Court, alleging non-compliance of the judgment dated 26.05.2026 [Annexure C-1], passed by this Court, in CWP No.7457 of 2026, titled as Sandeep Kumar and another Versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, directing the Competent Authority to decide the representations [Annexure P-2 (colly)] annexed with the said writ petition] in terms of the contents therein, within twelve weeks, from the date of passing of the said judgment. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:40559 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that neither representations have been decided nor a speaking order has been communicated to them as yet. 3. Heard. 4. Notice. Mr. Gautam Sood, Learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 5. In aforesaid circumstances and as prayed by Learned Counsel for petitioners, instant petition, is disposed of, with direction to the Respondents- Competent Authority, to comply with the judgment dated 26.05.2026 [Annexure C-1], by passing a speaking order [if already not passed], within a period of six weeks positively, from today. 6. Needless to say that in case representations have already been decided, the order on the representations/speaking order be conveyed to the petitioners, within the above period. Notices issued to the respondents shall stand discharged, accordingly. 7.
