On behalf of WBSEDCL, it is submitted that by a response dated 9th January, 2024, the respondent WBSEDCL had duly intimated the authorities for obtaining permission from the concerned Wetland Management Authorities, State of West Bengal. In view of the above, WPA 12686 of 2026 stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to take necessary steps in accordance with law. A copy of the communication dated 9th January, 2024 written to the Regional Manager, 24 Parganas (S) Region, WBSEDCL by the Chairman and Managing Director, WBSEDCL being the respondent no. 1 is handed over to the petitioner.
