Case No. 85 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 366, 370 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the victim was sold by her grandparents to the petitioner and he forcibly got married to the victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2026. 5. The victim girl, in her statement, has supported the prosecution case. 6. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7. However, the petitioner is given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after the deposition of the victim girl is recorded in the trial. 9.
