Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge. Notice. Mr. Y.P.S. Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner seek applicability of Ghanshyam Dass and Ors Vs. State of H.P. and Ors.2. It is, however, seen from the record that the petitioner has not preferred any representation for the redressal of her grievances raised in the writ petition. Confronted with above, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be preferring a representation within two weeks from today. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2CWP No. 2056 of 2023 decided alongwith connected matters on 21.03.2024 2 3. Learned Additional Advocate General has apprised that aforesaid decision has been stayed under order dated 17.08.2026 passed in LPA No. 205 of 2025 and other connected matters. 4. In view of above position, the relief in the nature claimed by the petitioner cannot be granted to him at this stage. This writ petition, therefore, is disposed of with direction to the respondents that in case such a representation is so made, the same be to considered and decided within six weeks after the adjudication of LPA No. 205 of 2025 and in terms thereof. 5.
