Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has approached this Court, inter alia, praying for the following reliefs:- “a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the impugned notifications qua to Crusher Industries dated 01.09.2023 and subsequent order dated 18.01.2024, issued by the respondent; b) Declare the actions of the respondent in revising the electricity duty rates over and above 50% as prescribed under Section 11(2) of the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Act as illegal, arbitrary and ultra vires.” 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment?Yes 2 2026:HHC:40672 2. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the issue raised by the petitioner in the present petition is squarely covered by judgment dated 11.08.2026, passed by this Court in CWP No.15413/2024, titled M/s Brajesh Stone Crusher versus State of Himachal Pradesh and another a/w other connected matters and the petition be disposed of by observing that the findings returned therein be read to have been passed in the present petition also. Ordered accordingly. 3. The petition is accordingly disposed of with the observation that the directions passed by this Court in CWP No.15413/2024, titled M/s Brajesh Stone Crusher versus State of Himachal Pradesh and another a/w connected matters, shall be construed to have been passed in the present petition also.
