Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed by the petitioner seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhanjapur P.S. Case No.126 of 2026 corresponding to C.T. Case No.512 of 2026 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Baripada arising on the grounds stated. 3. Gone through the contents of the FIR. The petitioner is an accused along with the petitioner in ABLAPL No.5867 of 2026. The allegation is only about administering threat to the informant at the instance of the petitioner. The present accused happens to the mother of the other petitioner and considering the same and circumstances leading to the lodging of the report and specific allegation against her, this Court though not in favour entertaining her bail plea but is inclined to direct her release upon surrender before the learned court below subject to suitable conditions. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioner surrenders before the court of learned S.D.J.M., Baripada within a fortnight from today, it is directed that she shall be released on bail in connection with Bhanjapur P.S. Case No.126 of 2026 corresponding to C.T. Case No.512 of 2026 on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(rupees twenty thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount with such other conditions imposed as deemed proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 6.
