At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit 3 that the issue involved in these petitions is no longer res integra and these petitions are squarely covered with the judgment passed by this Court in batch of writ petitions leading case of which being WPL No. 203 of 2025 parties being Santosh Yadav Versus Naidunia which was decided on 24.04.2026. 2. In the light of the submission made herein-above this Court is of the opinion that these petitions are squarely covered with the judgment rendered by this Court in WPL No. 203 of 2025 decided on 24.04.2026 in case of Santosh Yadav Versus Naidunia. 3. Accordingly, these petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in the case of Santosh Yadav (supra) holding that these matters are remitted back to the concerned Labour Court to decide the questions for determination framed by the competent Government under the provisions of Section 10 of the Industrial Dispute Act.
