Having considered the advanced stage of the case, I am of the opinion that the prayer for bail at this stage is uncalled for. 5. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. 6. Accordingly, C.R.M.(M) 758 of 2026 is dismissed. 7. However, the learned Trial Court would pronounce the verdict by 31st July, 2026 in case no defense evidence is adduced on behalf of the accused person. 8.
