1. Learned advocate appears for the petitioner and submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than three years and till date, only some of the witnesses have been examined.
2. Learned advocate for the de-facto complainant is present.

3. A report has been submitted on behalf of the State. The same be kept with the record. The report reflects that on 17.06.2026, date has been fixed for argument by the learned Special Court.
4. Having considered the advanced stage of the case, I am of the opinion that the prayer for bail at this stage is uncalled for.
5. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
6. Accordingly, C.R.M.(M) 758 of 2026 is dismissed.
7. However, the learned Trial Court would pronounce the verdict by 31st July, 2026 in case no defense evidence is adduced on behalf of the accused person.
8. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
