2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Siyaljori P.S. Case No. 13 of 2021, registered under sections 419, 420, 465 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and section 66C of the IT Act, 2008, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bokaro.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation of withdrawal of amount from the account of the informant is there on 05.03.2021 and 06.03.2021 whereas F.I.R has been lodged on 24.03.2021. He next submits that co-accused Debashis Das had used the account number of the petitioner for treatment of his family member and the said Debashis Das has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 4092 of 2025 and other co-accused Badal Singh has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 267 of 2026 and co-accused Kalyani Devi has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 761 of 2026. He next submits that in para 156 of the case diary it has come that amount has been transferred in the account of Debshash Das and in para 161 of the case diary it has come that amount has been transferred in the account of co-accused Badal Singh and both the co- accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail. petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 10 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of withdrawal of the amount fradulently.

In identical situation three of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 10 of the petition and it has been pointed out that Debashis Das had used the account number of the petitioner for treatment of his family members.

In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bokaro, in connection with Siyaljori P.S. Case No. 13 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023.
