Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that writ petition was filed since petitioner after declaration of result of Assembly Election, 2026 on 4th May, 2026 was unable to stay at his residence. 3. However, after filing of this writ petition on 21st May, 2026 petitioner was called by the concerned police authority and thereafter steps were taken as a result whereof petitioner now can stay at his residence. 4. State respondents and private respondents are represented by learned advocates. 5. Mr. Suryaneel Das, learned Additional Government Pleader has filed a communication dated 17th June, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Jibantala Police Station, Baruipur Police District and same is taken on record. 6. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 7. Hence, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of. 2 8.
