Case No. 153 of 2026 (NDPS (G.R.) 24 of 2026) registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 21(b), 22 of the NDPS Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 8.5 grams of heroin in different pouches. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2026. 5. From the alleged recovery, it appears that the petitioner is a drug peddler and considering the same, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
