After some discussions, the parties had assured us that the orders would be complied with. The complainant had also assured that he would not send any uncivil, rude or abusive messages. Considering the reconciliatory tone of the parties regarding the implementation of the order, the disobedience of which is alleged, we had deferred the proceedings for a period of 3 weeks and listed the matter today. - 4 -
