Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral ) The instant petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 20.08.2024 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Family Court, Una, District Una, HP passed in application under Section 125(2) of Cr.PC registered as CIS Reg. No.726 of 2023 titled as Smt. Kamlesh Vs. Vineet Kumar, whereby the application filed by the respondent was allowed and interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month was granted to the respondent. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. The impugned order is dated 20.08.2024. A perusal of the record of the case demonstrates that no stay was granted against the said order by this Court. 3. In light of this fact, as no stay has been granted to the petitioner by this Court against the order of interim maintenance and further, the said order has been in force for more than 2 years, as of now, the petition is disposed of without interfering with the impugned order but with the observation that the application filed under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure be decided by the learned Court below as expeditiously as possible and preferably by 30.11.2026 by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
