Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that if the petitioner makes online application under Form-6A to the respondent authorities, for mutation of her name in the web land records and to issue the pattadar pass book and title deed book with regard to the assigned land to an extent of Ac.5.00 Cents in Sy.No.1188/1 of Rangasamudram Village, Porumamilla Mandal, YSR Kadapa district, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in reply, submits that the petitioner would make online application under Form-6A for mutation of her name in the web land records and also for issuing pattadar passbook and title deed book with regard to the assigned land to an extent of Ac.5.00 Cents in Sy.No.1188/1 of Rangasamudram Village, Porumamilla Mandal, YSR Kadapa district. 4. In view of the submissions made by both the learned counsel and without going into the merits of the case. this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to make online application under Form-6A for mutation of her name in the web land records and also for issuing pattadar passbook and title deed book with regard to the assigned land to an extent of Ac.5.00 Cents in Sy.No.1188/1 of Rangasamudram village, Porumamilla Mandal, YSR Kadapa district. On receiving such an application, the respondent authorities shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
